About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, support account openings and guide customers toward digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and related processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers in using digital platforms, encouraging self‑service through online banking features.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
• Listen actively, build trust, ask the right questions and exceed customer expectations, contributing to strong NPS results.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA requirements and underwriting guidelines.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customers, risk and performance.

Required profile

• Experience delivering high‑quality customer experience.
• Comfortable using digital banking tools and platforms.
