Credit Coach – Home Lending Capability

About the role

As a Credit Coach you will elevate credit capability across ANZ’s lending network by coaching Specialist Lenders and Lending Area Managers. You will lead the adoption of new tools, facilitate train‑the‑trainer programmes and support the resolution of complex lending scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Specialist Lenders and Lending Area Managers to strengthen credit knowledge and decision‑making.
• Lead adoption of new credit tools and processes, delivering scalable train‑the‑trainer programmes.
• Facilitate workshops to resolve complex lending scenarios and embed best practices.
• Analyse metrics and trends to identify coaching opportunities and improve home loan performance.
• Support leaders in monitoring and improving key customer metrics and non‑financial risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in home lending, business development and customer experience.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to assess risk and implement solution‑focused approaches.
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships with stakeholders and drive collaboration.
• Demonstrated capability to coach, mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
