Vice President, ANZ Sales & Partner Growth

About the role

The Vice President, ANZ Sales & Partner Growth leads Pax8’s entire field sales organisation across Australia and New Zealand. This senior position is responsible for building a scalable, high‑performance growth engine that aligns partner lifecycle stages, sales motions, territory design, talent and incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Own ANZ revenue performance, delivering ARR, gross and net revenue retention, acquisition and marketplace adoption targets.
• Design and execute land, expand and defend motions to acquire new partners, grow wallet share and protect strategic relationships.
• Optimize the sales model, territory effectiveness and resource allocation across acquisition, growth and solution engineering.
• Partner with Marketing, Partner Experience, Vendor Success, Finance, Operations and APAC leadership to ensure consistent regional growth priorities.
• Drive a culture of accountability, data‑driven decision‑making and leadership development.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex sales organisations in the technology or cloud services sector.
• Strong track record of delivering predictable revenue growth and meeting acquisition and retention goals.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into operational rhythms and disciplined execution.
• Excellent coaching and people‑development skills, with a focus on building high‑performing teams.
