Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

WOW Recruitment is seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing, innovative business serving government, ASX‑listed companies, leading education institutions and Tier 1 builders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from initial enquiry through to sale using an established sales process.
• Build customer relationships via phone, email and in‑person meetings, including site inspections, measurements and quoting for larger opportunities.
• Coordinate installers, measurements and installations across the national network and manage orders with manufacturers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers, architects and developers, providing ongoing support.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, efficiency and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an inbound or internal sales role, handling quotes and qualifying leads for A&D, commercial, SMB and medium‑business customers.
• Confident, professional communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Organised, able to manage multiple leads, customers and priorities.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with inbound sales processes and quoting.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and measurements.
