Group Travel Administrator

About the role

Airnorth is looking for a motivated Group Travel Administrator to manage inbound group enquiries and proactively promote its group travel and charter services. You will work closely with the Agency & Commercial Manager to convert enquiries into profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Convert group enquiries from business and leisure customers into sales.
• Coordinate bookings for schools, sporting teams, mining companies, community groups, clubs, churches, tour operators and corporate travellers.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote Airnorth’s group travel services.

Required profile

• At least 1 year experience in an airline, tourism or travel agency environment.
• Positive, self‑driven attitude with a motivation to develop in the role.
• Ability to work efficiently both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Confidence in tele‑sales and face‑to‑face communication.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Willingness to travel interstate when required.
