About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead the sales floor, embody Coach brand values, and drive exceptional customer experiences. This role supports business growth and team development within the Homebush location.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives, monitor sales data, and make recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate team members, providing feedback and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support internal and external customers by executing innovative strategies and fostering a customer‑centric culture.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead supervisor level.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and stretching.

Required skills

  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales trends.
  • Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
