Store Manager – Birkenhead Point Outlet

About the role

Lead a passionate team at the Birkenhead Point Outlet store, driving sales, coaching staff and growing the Skechers brand across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Own whole‑of‑store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT and exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers to drive sales and educate them on Skechers products.
• Coach and develop a high‑performance, fun and energetic culture through hands‑on mentoring and on‑floor leadership.
• Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins and opportunities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, prioritising and delegating duties as needed.
• Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, visual merchandising execution and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor) with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance.
• Ability to work autonomously and make in‑store decisions that positively impact sales.
• Growth mindset, seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles.
• Confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high‑performing teams.
