About the role
The 18‑month Retail Leadership Graduate Program at Reece is designed to fast‑track graduates into retail management. You will rotate through specialty business units and receive comprehensive training to prepare for an Assistant Branch Manager position.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in a 5‑day induction followed by immersive group and digital learning experiences.
- Rotate across select specialty units, providing advice on products ranging from plumbing to climate control.
- Support branch operations, customer service and business development activities.
Required profile
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning and development.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while keeping the customer first.
