Casual Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury‑retail environment. You will work flexible hours to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends and peak seasons.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Coach according to the Guide to Style and Service standards and build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales by cross‑selling, upselling, and using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social‑selling platforms, including short‑form video.
• Execute personal sales plans, meet individual and team KPIs, and source new customers while maintaining high energy on the floor.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as cash‑wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.
• Support inventory cycles, receive shipments, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast‑paced, flexible schedule.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a collaborative, trust‑based approach.

Required skills

• Mobile POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop).
• Use of clienteling tools, walkie‑talkie communication, and social‑selling platforms.
• Ability to read price/release sheets and handle transaction processing.
