Account Manager – Key Accounts and New Business

About the role

Truckline is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join its Caboolture team. This field‑based position will manage an established customer base while identifying opportunities to grow sales across transport operators, workshops, fleets and trade customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio, building strong relationships with fleet operators, workshops and transport businesses.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, develop territory and account growth plans, and conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Promote Truckline's extensive range of truck and trailer parts and work closely with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, negotiating commercial outcomes that benefit both customers and the business.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, business development, territory sales or an external sales role.
• Proven ability to grow sales and develop customer relationships with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset focused on results and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience within transport, trucking, automotive, industrial or related industries is highly regarded.
