Service Advisor – TTC

About the role

Join the busy Service Department at our TTC branch as a Service Advisor, acting as the primary contact for customers and coordinating workshop activities.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate repair work to optimise workshop efficiency and technician utilisation.
• Communicate regularly with customers, providing timely updates on repair progress.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, service records and departmental data.
• Process work orders, warranty claims and product improvement claims.
• Complete daily invoicing and assist with resolving order‑related issues.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to arrange servicing before machinery delivery or collection.
• Support Workshop Supervisors and Foremen in achieving operational targets.
• Reconcile warranty accounts, customer debtor accounts and maintenance records.
• Prepare reports on technician performance, bonus calculations and departmental results.
• Ensure compliance with OEM and other applicable requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service focus with the ability to identify and prioritise customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to learn new systems and tasks quickly.
• Collaborative team player.
• At least two years’ experience in a customer‑focused role and completion of Year 12.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills, including experience with digital reporting and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
