Sales Representative – Townsville Truck Centre

About the role

Join Honeycombes as a full‑time Sales Representative for the Townsville Truck Centre (TTC). You will act as a trusted partner for Hino and Iveco customers, delivering solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key responsibilities

• Travel throughout Townsville and surrounding areas to meet existing customers and identify new prospects.
• Develop customer profiles, understand buying cycles and production requirements.
• Prepare accurate sales documentation and ensure thorough hand‑over of new purchases.
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to provide comprehensive after‑sales support.
• Participate in training, online courses and sales bootcamps to enhance technical and sales expertise.
• Contribute to sales targets, reporting and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Passion for customer success and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Willingness to learn about trucks and heavy vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective time‑management, self‑motivation and ability to work as part of a team.
• High energy and enthusiasm for representing Honeycombes.
