Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Monotype is seeking a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to join its Australian sales team. The role focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding partnerships with iconic global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Engage decision‑makers across Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, UX, Legal, and Finance to deliver value‑based solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, product, and customer success teams for seamless client experiences.
• Represent Monotype at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 4‑7 years of enterprise SaaS or technology solutions sales experience, preferably in design, marketing, or creative technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise accounts.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM technology; Salesforce preferred.
• Consultative selling style with ability to uncover client needs and articulate value.
