Senior Management Accountant

About the role

The Senior Management Accountant will lead a small finance team and own core financial processes that drive business performance. You will be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ensuring robust financial controls. The role works closely with operational stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a dedicated team of financial professionals.
• Own weekly and monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning cycles.
• Partner with operations to provide commercial insights and support decision‑making.
• Improve systems, processes and reporting capabilities across the finance function.
• Ensure strong governance and robust financial controls.
• Deliver timely reporting and analysis in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in management or financial accounting.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing diverse teams.
• Strong business‑partnering capability with operational stakeholders.
• Clear communicator with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Process‑driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Degree qualified in accounting with CA or CPA certification.
