Senior Account Executive – Large Enterprise GTS

About the role

The Senior Account Executive is a field sales position focused on client retention and growth within Gartner's Large Enterprise segment for the public sector. You will build trusted relationships with C‑Level executives and ensure they receive maximum value from Gartner services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive value delivery and maximize client usage of Gartner services.
• Identify, cultivate, qualify and close cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of high‑quality opportunities to meet sales KPIs.
• Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Manage complex, high‑revenue sales across matrixed business environments.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to or influencing C‑Level executives.
• Ability to own, manage and forecast a complex sales process.
• Willingness to travel as needed and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
