Business Development Manager

About the role

TiBi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to originate, pursue and win occupational health services contracts across WA’s mining, resources and major industry sectors. This is a pure new‑business role, reporting directly to the COO and CEO, focused on building a pipeline and converting opportunities into profitable contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your WA network to engage health, safety, procurement, operations and executive decision‑makers.
• Create opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, industry networking and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to scope services, develop solutions and set pricing.
• Lead proposals, tenders, presentations and negotiations through to contract signature.
• Maintain a clear CRM, qualified pipeline and reliable sales forecast while protecting margin and deliverability.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of business development, sales or work‑winning experience in mining, resources, occupational health, healthcare or similar site‑based services.
• Strong, relevant WA mining and resources network with ability to access decision‑makers quickly.
• Proven record of creating, developing and closing new client contracts.
• Strong commercial judgement on pricing, margin, tenders, contract terms and delivery risk.
• Self‑directed, clear communicator and willing to travel throughout WA.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Ability to develop and present complex proposals and tenders.
