Seasonal Store Associate (Full-time/Casual)

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking Seasonal Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and act as brand ambassadors in the Robina store. This role involves engaging with customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the store, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
• Maintain shop floor cleanliness, stock organization, and display replenishment.
• Process deliveries and keep back‑of‑house areas tidy.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Approachable, good communication with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and reliably.

• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
