About the role
Marsh is seeking an experienced insurance broker to join its Commercial team in Sydney. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office and offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of risks and large new business tenders.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of revenue‑generating accounts while delivering high‑quality client service.
- Lead, plan and implement renewal and broking strategies, ensuring effective account retention and defence.
- Participate in claim‑related matters and track new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 4+ years of commercial broking experience managing corporate portfolios.
- Proven ability to generate new business and develop strong insurer relationships at senior level.
Required skills
- Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
- Strong market presence within General Insurance and a robust new‑business network.
