Full-time Store Associate – Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Store Associate is the front‑line customer service specialist, responsible for delivering exceptional shopping experiences and representing the UNIQLO brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the store, fitting rooms and checkout.
• Maintain high shop‑floor standards, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy and replenish merchandise.
• Handle checkout transactions and ensure accurate pricing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
• Approachable, good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Full working rights in Australia and availability for flexible full‑time roster.
