SAP Sales Director – Energy & Utilities

About the role

PWC Australia is looking for an experienced SAP Sales Director to lead go‑to‑market activities for the Energy, Utilities & Resources (EU&R) sector in Perth and Western Australia. You will be the public face of the SAP business, using your network and consultative selling skills to build pipeline, close complex deals and position PwC as a trusted partner for leading resources and energy organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the SAP sales strategy for the EU&R sector across Perth and WA.
• Build, nurture and leverage senior C‑suite relationships within mining, energy and utilities clients.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from origination through to close.
• Position and sell complex SAP solutions (S/4HANA, RISE, cloud transformation, etc.) tailored to client needs.
• Represent the local SAP capability, collaborating with delivery, presales and partner ecosystem teams to shape winning propositions.
• Provide market intelligence and account planning to inform broader regional strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development or account leadership.
• Strong SAP background, ideally from SAP or a leading system integrator.
• Track record of selling into the Energy, Utilities & Resources sector, with mining experience preferred.
• Deeply connected to the Perth/WA market with an established senior client network.
• Demonstrated ability to win and grow high‑value, complex deals.
