About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the store team to achieve JB Hi-Fi sales goals, staying on the shop floor to engage with customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a unified team delivering sales, service, merchandising and maintaining operational standards across all product categories.
  • Coach and develop the sales team to meet sales budgets using the JB Hi-Fi sales process.
  • Maintain high presentation standards on the shop floor and ensure stock integrity through loss prevention procedures.

  • Natural leader and team player with a passion for developing talent.
  • Customer‑focused, results‑driven and able to collaborate to meet shared objectives.
