Territory Manager – Surgical Vision

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead the Surgical Vision team on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for driving sales growth of cataract solutions across public and private hospitals and specialist day surgeries.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Johnson & Johnson Vision’s cataract portfolio to hospitals, day surgeries, and ophthalmic specialists to achieve territory targets.
• Build trusted partnerships with surgeons and clinical stakeholders, providing education and support on cataract products and technologies.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and implement strategies to maximise territory performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, professional education, and clinical specialists to execute commercial initiatives and educational events.
• Manage customer accounts, CRM data, consignment inventory, and business resources to deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Medical, Health Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of medical device or hospital pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong interest in ophthalmology with a proven track record of commercial achievement.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational abilities.
