Sales Development Representative – Healthcare Marketing

About the role

Practice Boost, a leading healthcare marketing agency in Australia, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will generate qualified meetings for the Director by combining outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow‑up, and database reactivation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare practices across Australia.
• Generate new business opportunities through calling and prospecting.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email and CRM.
• Follow up marketing‑generated leads until they are qualified.
• Re‑engage previous enquiries and existing CRM contacts.
• Qualify prospects and identify their digital marketing needs.
• Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM system.

Required profile

• 6+ months experience in an SDR, BDR, appointment‑setting or outbound sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and work independently.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and goal‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• LinkedIn prospecting experience.
