Sales Development Representative – APAC

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at CorePlan you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers across the APAC region. You will generate and qualify leads, run outbound campaigns and demonstrate how our SaaS drilling management platform solves real mining challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Run multichannel outbound campaigns (phone, email, social) targeting enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
• Use HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI‑enabled tools to build and manage a high‑performing pipeline.
• Qualify leads against the ideal customer profile and hand them to Account Executives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success to refine outbound strategy.
• Maintain a clean CRM and report weekly activity.

Required profile

• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High drive, resilience and a genuine eagerness to learn B2B tech sales.
• Previous customer‑facing experience (retail, hospitality, service or early sales roles).
• Confidence reaching out to prospects via phone, email and social channels.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable with CRM systems.
