Retail Summer Intern – 2026/27

About the role
Join ANZ’s Australia Retail division for a summer internship where you will gain exposure to a variety of retail banking functions and receive full support and training. The program may lead to an early offer into the graduate program.
Key responsibilities
- Support Customer Proposition activities that shape how ANZ connects with retail customers.
- Assist Personal Channels in delivering experiences across branch, phone, online and operational support.
- Contribute to Retail Non‑Financial Risk management, including remediation and complaints handling.
- Participate in Digital initiatives that shape ANZ’s digital banking experience and platforms.
- Help with Strategy and Execution tasks that turn retail priorities into measurable outcomes.
