Restaurant Manager – In‑Room Dining

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead Crown Towers' award‑winning In‑Room Dining operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence in a high‑volume luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day In‑Room Dining operations, maintaining service standards and outlet readiness.
• Coach, mentor and develop both leaders and frontline staff to drive performance.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, labour control, cost management and revenue optimisation.
• Oversee rostering, workforce planning and succession development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and responsible service obligations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in large‑scale food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and labour costs.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Adaptable under pressure and capable of leading teams through change.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
