About the role

The Whatever Whenever Supervisor ensures high‑level service for guests at W Sydney, the world’s largest W Hotel with 588 rooms, suites and studios. This role balances team, guest, and business needs while driving excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, maintaining quality standards and guest expectations.
• Assist staff with payment issues, including credit‑card processing.
• Pre‑assign room allocations based on reservation data and coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness.
• Run daily arrival/departure reports, verify special requests, and ensure rate accuracy.
• Secure payment before issuing room keys, handle billing adjustments, and process all payment types.
• Compile and review daily logs, cashier reports, and closing reports.
• Provide guests with directions, property information, and follow up on requests.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports.
• Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Guest Services role or related area.

Required skills

• Payment processing and cash handling.
• Report generation and data accuracy verification.
