About the role
Join the kitchen team at Pelican Waters Hotel and create memorable dining experiences for guests. This hands‑on role focuses on delivering high‑quality, well‑presented dishes in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to produce dishes that exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain consistent standards of quality, safety and hygiene in line with ALH guidelines.
- Prepare and present food items to the ALH brand standard.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Relevant trade cooking qualifications.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Hands‑on cooking and food preparation.
- Ability to safely handle manual tasks such as moving stock and deliveries.
