Project Manager – Southbank Hospitality Projects

About the role

Signature Hospitality Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of new venues, refurbishments and capital works across its brands. Based in the Southbank Support Office, you will manage projects from leasing and approvals through design, construction and opening.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple hospitality projects, ensuring they meet time, budget and brand standards.
• Manage planning, building and liquor‑licensing approvals and ensure compliance with codes and landlord requirements.
• Own project budgets, cost plans, tender processes and final accounts.
• Drive on‑site quality and safety through inspections, documentation reviews and contractor management.
• Collaborate with Property, Design, Operations, Marketing, Finance, landlords, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee preventative maintenance for venues and the Southbank Support Office building.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in hospitality, retail, commercial fit‑out or construction.
• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and on budget.
• Strong knowledge of planning and building approvals, the National Construction Code and Australian Standards.
• Current driver’s licence.
