Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition across Australia, the UK and the US. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process and shape our hiring strategy as we continue to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department managers to forecast staffing needs, plan recruitment timelines and manage budgets.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: write ads, source, screen, interview, present shortlists, negotiate offers and hand over new hires to induction.
• Proactively headhunt technical, commercial and leadership talent, building long‑term pipelines.
• Lead international recruitment, selecting the best approach for each market and managing external partners.
• Strengthen CNS’s employer brand, maintain recruitment systems and provide regular reporting on hiring metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology recruitment, executive search or headhunting within IT, Managed Services, Cloud or Cyber Security.
• Strong network in the tech sector and confidence to engage passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining momentum.
• Commercially minded, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.
