Employee Relations Advisor – Up to $115k Package

About the role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations professional to join a high‑performing team where ER is genuinely valued. You will work alongside specialist ER, Employment Law and WHS experts, gaining exposure to complex workplace matters and positioning yourself for future senior roles.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide practical, commercially‑focused advice on employee relations case management.
• Manage performance and conduct matters, including investigations and grievances.
• Interpret workplace policy and Australian employment legislation.
• Coach leaders through people‑related challenges.
• Maintain a varied caseload while building trusted relationships across the organisation.
• Contribute to change and organisational initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a dedicated Employee Relations, Workplace Relations or Industrial Relations role.
• Proven ability to manage investigations, grievances, performance and conduct matters.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Confidence advising and coaching senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
