People & Culture Operations Manager

About the role

Join oOh!media as a People & Culture Operations Manager, leading a small team to deliver HR operational services while driving transformation through Workday, ServiceNow and Enboarder. This permanent, full‑time role is based in North Sydney with a flexible, hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of P&C operational services, ensuring accurate and timely handling of employee and leader enquiries.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employment changes, leave administration and off‑boarding.
• Administer and continuously optimise Workday, ServiceNow and Enboarder, leveraging automation, self‑service and AI to improve experience.
• Develop and maintain service standards, SLAs and operational KPIs, and produce dashboards and workforce reporting for decision‑making.
• Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, turning them into measurable outcomes.
• Coach and develop the P&C Operations team while collaborating with Payroll, HR Business Partners and business leaders.

Required profile

• Significant experience in HR operations or shared services, with hands‑on Workday administration and ServiceNow usage.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, HR data governance and Australian employment requirements.
• Proven track record of leading operational improvement, service optimisation or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and people‑leadership skills.
