About the role
Workday is seeking a Solution Consultant specialized in Workforce Management and Payroll to support the sales cycle. The role combines technical expertise with customer‑facing presentations to influence C‑level HR leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver product presentations, demos, workshops and seminars for HCM solutions.
- Design detailed implementation specifications and proof‑of‑concept builds.
- Assist sales in qualifying prospects, responding to RFPs and closing opportunities.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to meet customers and partners.
Required profile
- Strong communication and influencing skills, especially with C‑level HR audiences.
- Proven experience as a payroll or workforce‑management consultant, including implementation or pre‑sales roles.
- Passion for Workday’s cloud HCM platform and its impact on businesses.

- Deep knowledge of HCM enterprise solutions.
