People Operations Coordinator

About the role

Join ARN’s People & Culture team as a People Operations Coordinator, providing first‑level support to employees and leaders across Australia. You will coordinate key HR processes, ensure accurate documentation, and help deliver a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, letters and variations in line with awards, legislation and internal policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration using SuccessFactors and Adobe Sign.
• Monitor onboarding activities, follow up on outstanding tasks and create a positive experience for new starters and internal transfers.
• Respond to People & Culture enquiries within service levels and escalate complex matters to Payroll, Business Partners or specialist teams.
• Maintain accurate digital employee records and collaborate with leaders, Payroll and the broader People & Culture team.
• Guide team members to self‑service tools, identify process improvements and support various People & Culture projects.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture operations role, including contract preparation.
• Process‑oriented, highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with clear communication and stakeholder‑building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (HR system) experience.
• Adobe Sign for electronic document signing.
