Recruiter – Employment Services (Kingston)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our Employment Services team in the Kingston region. In this role you will act as the face of our program within the local business community, building relationships with employers and matching young, work‑ready candidates to meaningful job opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers to identify current and future workforce needs.
• Meet with young people to understand their career goals, strengths and skills.
• Create and execute reverse‑marketing plans that align candidate profiles with employer requirements.
• Promote candidates to employers, highlighting their transferable skills and potential.
• Prospect and engage businesses to expand the employer network and generate new job opportunities.
• Advise employers on wage subsidies, incentives and support services.
• Collaborate with Employment Coaches to prepare candidates for sustainable employment.
• Manage a pipeline of employer relationships, vacancies and placement outcomes while meeting KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, business development, sales, labour hire or a related customer‑focused role.
• Strong ability to build trust, influence decision‑makers and achieve measurable results.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for creating opportunities for young people.
