Senior Principal – Organizational Change Manager

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Principal to lead complex change programmes and HR transformation initiatives for clients across Australia and the Asia‑Pacific region. The role is hybrid, based in Sydney, and reports to the Talent & Organization practice.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute change management and human‑capital strategies for large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Lead a team of change consultants, conduct impact assessments, manage resistance and define success metrics.
• Develop communication plans, training programmes and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Support proposal development and thought‑leadership activities.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of experience in organizational change management or HR transformation.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale change initiatives in consulting, technology, mining or government sectors.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience delivering ERP, workforce planning and organizational design projects.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of change‑management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Expertise in HR transformation, employee experience and organizational redesign.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and workforce planning concepts.
