Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will coach and support both franchisees and 7‑Eleven employees in store operations and business management. Reporting to the NSW Learning and Development Lead, you will design, deliver and evaluate training programs across franchisee, corporate store and support office initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions consistently across all programs, applying a coaching methodology.
• Apply adult learning principles to content and facilitation delivery.
• Adapt facilitation to different learning styles and knowledge levels.
• Review and update training materials, providing feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support training needs.

Required profile

• Experience delivering and facilitating leadership programs to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Capability to plan workload and work autonomously.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential.
