Industry Capability & Inclusion Analyst

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an Industry Capability & Inclusion Analyst to join the Project HR Team for a major rail upgrade in Melbourne. You will support the delivery of Industry Capability & Inclusion outcomes through accurate reporting, data management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and reconcile ICI data with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain structured datasets, upload data to client/internal systems, and prepare data for audits.
• Maintain historical data, identify data risks and support improved reporting quality.
• Manage procurement schedules and reporting trackers.
• Research and record social enterprises and Indigenous suppliers, providing updates on opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for ICI data queries, manage inbox enquiries and coordinate ICI initiatives and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar data‑focused role.
• Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail.
• Ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines and prioritize competing tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining data requirements or issues.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including data cleansing, complex formulas and handling large datasets.
