About the role

This Co‑Op supports the GM Australia & New Zealand Portfolio Planning Director and Dealer Development Manager. You will assist with planning, program management, and special projects to help grow the business.

Key responsibilities

Support business planning processes with portfolio data, competitive product plans, and model volume estimates.
Develop and maintain vehicle content documents, pricing summaries, and accessory price guides.
Review vehicle specification documents, brochures, and dealer communications.
Manage key business records, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Assist with dealer master list updates, dealer entity changes, and agreement renewals using DocuSign.

Required profile

Currently completing a Marketing, Commerce, or Engineering degree.
Strong interest in cars and the automotive industry.
Understanding of vehicle portfolios and customer motivations.
Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using Power BI for reporting.
Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic agreements.
