Part-time S&S Banking Consultant – Buddina, QLD

About the role

As a S&S Banking Consultant you will deliver high‑quality sales and service to Suncorp Bank customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. The role focuses on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and guiding customers to use digital banking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑obsessed service, aiming for first‑call resolution and high satisfaction scores.
• Handle everyday banking enquiries, account opening processes and related transactions via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers on using digital platforms, encouraging self‑service through online banking features.
• Assist with digital onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new customers.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and FSRA requirements.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture that meets customer, risk and performance goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in banking, financial services or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, build trust and ask relevant questions.
• Commitment to compliance with privacy, underwriting and regulatory guidelines.
• Willingness to undergo full‑time training during the first three months.
