National Commercial Sales Manager

About the role

Dynamo Fitness Equipment, Australia’s largest gym‑equipment retailer, is looking for a National Commercial Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and sales opportunities across the country. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home and visit state offices as needed while supporting the Commercial Team and State Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospects and arrange appointments with new and potential B2B customers.
• Conduct on‑site visits to showcase products, discuss solutions and generate strong sales leads.
• Identify, prepare and submit tender applications for commercial fit‑outs.
• Manage and nurture existing B2B relationships, increasing the value of ongoing orders.
• Provide specialist advice on Dynamo’s range of fitness equipment and services.
• Move leads through the sales cycle and evaluate performance to uncover new customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven track record of new‑business development and B2B sales growth in the fitness equipment industry.
• High appetite for sales with a results‑driven, commission‑focused mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving, negotiation and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to recognise lead opportunities and proactively build client relationships.
• Strong presentation, time‑management, organisational abilities and business acumen.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks efficiently and working autonomously.
