Mid-Senior Healthcare Professional

About the role

Hire Resolve is partnering with healthcare organisations to recruit experienced professionals for mid‑senior positions across acute, outpatient, community, rehabilitation, aged care and specialist settings. The role offers a pathway to senior clinician, clinical lead and service leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence‑based, patient‑centred care in line with clinical standards and local policies.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, deliver interventions and evaluate outcomes for complex patient needs.
• Provide clinical leadership within a ward, clinic, community caseload, therapy service or multidisciplinary program.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support escalation, discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers, uphold infection prevention, medication safety and clinical risk management.
• Contribute to clinical governance through audits, incident reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Recognised professional qualification in a regulated discipline (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Medical Imaging, Pharmacy).
• Current registration (or eligibility) with the relevant Australian regulator such as AHPRA.
• 5–10+ years post‑qualification clinical experience with complex case exposure.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety and infection prevention.
• Working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic clinical documentation workflows and clinical information systems.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, families and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
