Sales & Mapping Representative – Cardiac Ablation Solutions

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Sales & Mapping Representative to drive adoption of electrophysiology mapping and cardiac ablation technologies across the Gold Coast territory. The role blends clinical expertise, technical support, and commercial accountability to help hospitals deliver effective procedures and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital teams on electrophysiology mapping, navigation and cardiac ablation technologies.
• Deliver product education and training to physicians, hospital personnel and office staff.
• Achieve or exceed territory sales objectives for both capital equipment and consumable product portfolios.
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships to identify incremental business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, training, business development and commercial leadership to advance sales opportunities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with 8+ years of sales/clinical experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting adoption of advanced 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel interstate as required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of diagnostic and complex electrophysiology ablation procedures.
