Associate Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Rhythm Management

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to join its Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Gold Coast, Queensland. You will combine clinical expertise and technical knowledge to support customers, drive business growth, and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies.
• Provide technical in‑services, presentations and on‑site education to healthcare professionals.
• Assist Territory Managers with after‑hours on‑call support and field inventory management.
• Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and relay it to sales and clinical teams.
• Support clinical study activities in collaboration with the Clinical Research team.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with at least 4 years relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting with cardiac pacing devices or in cardiac sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cardiac pacing devices and related therapies.
• Ability to deliver technical in‑services and on‑site education.
• Experience gathering market intelligence and supporting clinical studies.
