Remote Health Engagement Manager (NT)

About the role

The Remote Health Engagement Manager will be the primary point of contact for users of the Remote Primary Health Care Manuals (RPHCM) across the Northern Territory. Based in Alice Springs or Darwin, you will travel regularly to remote and Aboriginal health communities to deliver training, build relationships and support adoption of the digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with health services, workers and community contacts throughout the NT.
• Deliver train‑the‑trainer and platform orientation sessions to new users.
• Support onboarding, ongoing engagement and retention of RPHCM users.
• Collect user feedback, analyse it and propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to create local engagement materials.
• Track activity, adoption and feedback in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Personable and adaptable, comfortable working independently across a large remote geography.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and willingness to work with remote, rural or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the NT and to head office in Melbourne.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
