Member Engagement Manager

About the role

The Member Engagement Manager will support pharmacy owners and teams across the Northern Territory, helping them access Guild services, workplace relations support, pharmacy programs and quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners and teams.
• Visit pharmacies across the NT and provide member enquiries support.
• Assist pharmacies with QSPP and other quality improvement activities.
• Develop member communications, e‑news content and social media updates.
• Identify emerging issues and opportunities affecting community pharmacy.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that support NT pharmacies.

Required profile

• Current right to work in Australia.
• Minimum two years' experience in health or community pharmacy (preferred).
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel within the Top End, with occasional trips to Alice Springs and interstate.
