Investment Tax Analyst

About the role

UniSuper is seeking an Investment Tax Analyst to develop and monitor its investment tax framework. The role supports strong tax governance and helps deliver optimal after‑tax outcomes for members across domestic and international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Investment Tax Managers with due diligence, advice and structuring across asset classes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, custodians and external advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Review and maintain investment tax portfolio settings.
• Support foreign tax obligations and required filings.
• Monitor tax legislation and market developments, sharing insights with the business.
• Contribute to the improvement of tax policies, systems and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree qualified; CA, CPA or legal qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in superannuation, funds management, financial services or professional services.
• Foundational investment tax knowledge, with exposure to international tax preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
