Investment Manager / Associate Director

About the role

Cloverleaf Impact Capital is seeking an experienced finance professional to join as an Associate Director. This senior leadership position will work directly with the Managing Director across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and structuring to financial close, while also managing junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex project‑finance transactions for existing and new impact‑investment projects.
• Oversee junior staff, ensuring quality control of financial analysis and documentation.
• Manage transaction execution, financial structuring, and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth, diversifying into adjacent revenue verticals beyond social and affordable housing.
• Deepen institutional relationships with funders and community housing providers.
• Originate new projects, lead commercial strategy, and ensure deal‑team quality assurance.

Required profile

• Significant experience in project finance and structured finance transactions.
• Strong quantitative abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
