About the role
Join Aussie’s store team in Kawana as a Mortgage Broker, helping customers navigate the home‑loan journey from initial search through settlement and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Manage walk‑ins, online leads and in‑store appointments with high‑intent customers.
- Guide customers through the entire home‑loan process, including settlement and post‑settlement support.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives and build relationships with buyer’s agents and conveyancers.
- Leverage the broader Aussie ecosystem to earn referral income from related services.
Required profile
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before start, with support).
- Background in sales or customer service.
- Drive and determination to grow the retail store.
- Passion for helping customers achieve home‑ownership.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
