Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

Working directly with the CFO, the Senior FP&A Analyst supports the Senior Leadership Team by delivering insightful analysis, recommendations and tracking financial impact through to the P&L. The role combines month‑end reporting, forecasting, budgeting and supply‑chain value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver month‑end management reporting and monthly CFO reporting packs.
• Lead monthly forecasting, Business Unit reporting and the annual budgeting process.
• Analyse revenue, COGS, OPEX and profit performance, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX, partnering with business stakeholders.
• Deliver supply‑chain value creation, procurement and product costing analysis.
• Drive process, systems and automation improvements across FP&A.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial analysis or management reporting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis expertise.
• Advanced commercial acumen with stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, wholesale or e‑commerce environments.
